Well, you are over generalizing what is a very vast field of science. I'm not sure what experience you have in metallurgy, but as I stated before there are many different alloys you can make with titanium and there is a reason it is used in aerospace as opposed to steel for certain applications. Here is a lame demo of a nickle/titanium alloy.


Do that with some stainless steel!
