If it was DPS hit the DPS web site and find the number for Austin and call and ask someone there and see where they direct you....that's a start at least.

call the local(to the ticket spot) courthouse 17 days or better after the ticket was given and give them your license # they will tell you what to do, (get your M and take it to the court date and show them the license and they will dismiss it... guaranteed! if you doubt it pm me and i will give you my lawyers # for $100 she will go with you and make sure it gets dismissed.

sorry man, but you must not value yourself much to ride without a lid. That's not the brightest of ideas, and no endorsement? C'mon man!!!! Those are so easy to get. :eh: :eh:

Try the dps website. You can put in your info and even pay online

Most DPS troopers report to the judge that works in the Sheriff or Constable Dept. You have better chance of finding your ticket in that area Sheriff or Constable. I think that it is located on 1960 or somewhere close to that street. I have been there once a few year ago. Try this tomorrow, good luck.

You have to be 21 and have completed the MSF & take the certification to the dps so you can get a tag to put on your plate that has the "helmet exemption" sticker....You can also get the sticker if you've got 10k insurance coverage.

i wasnt bashing on you i was just making a comment on the law that if you have taken a msf class and are over 21 you dont have to wear a helmet.. i just find that funny, because if you have taken then msf class you would see the purpose of the helmet and why you should wear one..
