any have charger for ballistic battery

Have had a problem with this from new. The 8cell.
Riders discount suggested I try charging it, though its supposed to be shipped charged
I just want to charge it on the correct charger so I can verify its junk, send it in for a replacement, then sell the replacement.
Ill buy some beers while its charging

when it comes to the lightweight batteries you have to use a certain charger for them. regular chargers will mess them up.. also if the battery gets below a certain voltage, it becomes junk and cant be charged up, even if you bought it the day before

one of the lithium battery companies told me if you dont have a charger, you can hook jumper cables to a car (with car running) and let it charge for 20min
