Ahhh, you see, that is where it gets interesting. If the cop is riding your while you are pulling over (i.e. not running) and he hits you causing injury or property damage, then it's his because thats when you get your lawyer to sue the $hit out of his department.

he tried to stop half way, then said holy they are trying to kill me and took off again.. then signal that he was pulling over and they just RAN him over made him do a back flip off the bike... sad..

No cause cops protect there own and you can bet that would be the video that will get lost on the way to the evidence room. And your just the guy that wasbreaking the law after that and who is going to believe a law breaker.

How do you know he wasn't slowing for the turn meaning to take off again on the sidestreet? He ran for 6 minutes, blew several red lights. In short had proven himself a hazard and potential danager to other drivers.
They did what they could to end the situation.
