plate replacement

well now that i literally destroyed my bike license plate, i have to get a replacement. now i dont have time to go personally, can someone else go in my place with all the forms filled out?
is a personalized plate btw

Give your forearm a rest and go yourself. Seriously from what I hear from my aunt that does that it is getting a lot harder for someelse to do it for you. I couldn't even gets my wife's registration and she's on the insurance card too.

Go online, there's a company that specializes on Texas personalized plates.txdmv.gov, they'll show the link to such company
