My ears are still ringing from 4 hours ago...

Well as a thanksgiving tradition, our family gathers up all the guns we own and go shoot them at the grandpas ranch.. well my uncle decided to shoot his 357 mag right next to me..:BangHead: and then brought out his thompson 45 sub machine and tore the living out of your target we made.. Think my hearing will come back to normal any time soon?

That wouldn't happen to be out towards Cranfills Gap then? One of the past years, we were invited to a gathering like that and it was fun. My mom lives in Meridian. I guess a lot of those ranches up there have that tradition, hm?

We did that alot in the old days.
M16 and AR-15's and light up the old logs on the field.
Pretty much disintegrate the targets.
But we wore eye and hearing protection

i'd say it'll be back soon. i spent 2 years as a M2A3 bradley gunner in the army (25mm cannon) and never wore earplugs, never had any issues. One day i take my 9 out and bust off about 30 rounds and my ears ring for 5 days and for 3 of them i couldnt hear anything out of my left ear.. i though i was going deaf but it turns out my ears were just swollen from all of it and i was 100% after a week.
