How do i stop this from happening, cause its me off. Screws underneath the mirror are tight, or do i have to purchase another mirror? shouldnt this be repairable?

Not much info to go on.
Are they stock mirrors? Is it just the mirror part that's folding or the whole arm? Pictures and a more clear explanation of the problem would help.
Either way this would be an uncommon problem on an '07 bike. Either you have tightened the wrong screws or something is broken inside...

yea, the whole arm folds in. I checked everything, and everything is tight, nothing is loose, unless that piece inside the arm is broken.
