Thansgiving at Home

Attached are pics of the smoker, and the turkey sitting in it's proper place. Sometimes when things are not going as you want, you just need to go back to what you have been doing and let everything work itself out.

Turkey has been on since very early this morning, and should be done by 2:30. There is no turkey as tender and moist as fresh smoked turkey.

Thankful for family and friends and all of the other blessings has placed in my life.

I hope each of you have a Wonderful Thanksgiving as well.
