Sidis boots suck to crash in. Astars smx plus ftw, like 7 times in the same pair and never once have they failed or allowed me to be injured in any way where they were covering. Their old sp1 gloves are win too. I have seen the whole soles of their boots ripped off in a crash.

your memory is than shorter than mine if u gotta take cliff notes. You know you can always come back and refresh your memory by reading it again.

And for you and everyone else that wants pic. Last night even before I got the bike off the ground I was thinking. Dam,,, I didn't even get any GoPro footage. When i do get some pics up I'll even post few of my shoulder. I've taken a few I just don't feel like dealing with it right now. I've spent all day out of town doing the turkey day thing with distant relatives. That I haven't seen in MANY yrs.

I still owe you for loading my bike after my lil "incident"..lol

My shoulder still hurts in some angles and ankle still not the best too....
Thanks, you don't owe me anything. It sucks when any one of us goes down. I didn't mind at all. I'd do it for anyone that I would ride with.

Thanks Bevo. Hope the game for you and The Aggie was a good one no matter who won. This is the first time in a couple of yrs. that i haven't watched it.

Yes and this one The bike was almost straight up and down I really wasn't accelerating or turning much at all. So it slammed me down unlike one where you get thrown up. So you have a chance to do the cat thing and land in an optimal way. Preferably flat on your back.

Am I to understand that your hostage separated his shoulder a week ago. Dang Squoddy, quit beaten'em. We aren't as valuable when we are bruised and broken.

Well..............I could use someone to wash my back and blowdry my hair. No not you!!!! I'm not that way, but if you know of any attractive single woman who wouldn't mind.

Yea atleast I would have gopro footage, on second thought. This just makes one more reason that I should have one with traction control for the street.

No tracy. NOW you tell me.
I'll try to remember for next time.

And to everyone that replied. Thanks for the well wishes. Hope you all had a happy turkey day. As for nextime I'll throw up some pics, but the bike only suffered minor cosmetic damage. So far as I could see without taking any of the plastic off and I'm in no hurry to do that.

The scrapes on the road are even to light to be seen in the pics.

yea ok it's taken me forever but I threw up the few pics that I've managed to take.

The knot on the left shoulder is the end of the collarbone. Which is no longer attached.

Notice the dead plant matter that is coating the rear wheel.

haha The surgeon that I spoke with today said one of his fellow docs. that just retired had separated both shoulders by crashing bicycles.

I've had the same kind of crash on my MB in 2003, but it was the ribs that were the most sore on that one.

This time it didn't hurt much at all, but the doc said that's because I tore all 3 ligaments holding the clavical to the shoulder blade. Everything relaxed very easy afterwards.

Yea I'm glad that the wallpaper wasn't any worse too.
I'm taking donations to change it.

Yea in my original introduction post if I remember correctly I said I was in the bouncy ball club. Due to the fact that I always bounce off the ground with only minor scraps and injuries. This time I broke Guess I'm not in the bouncy ball club anymore. Oh well, I knew there had to be a limit to what I could handle.

BTW I went to the orthopedic surgeon today. He told me what I already figured out by digging around the web.
Which is: it's a 3rd degree separation. NO surguery just 6 to 8 wks to heal.
He said I can do whatever I like as long as I don't aggrevate it and make it hurt. Got home and sitting on the motorcycle didn't seem to bother it at all. Dam If I hadn't broke the footpeg I could have went riding.
