Last time I checked, adultery is not a felony in TX, but u can claim up to 70% of her belongs including property and cash if you have solid evident.

3 years ago, I caught my ex and her co-worker on tape in my place. My lawyer told me he could help me claim up to 85% of her belongings if I made the call which could knock her back to scratch.
Instead, I took only my personal belongings and my bike. All the furniture, car, and saving are with her. (call me dumb) In trade, she signed the court attending waiver so I had a clean cut w/o defending anything and walked away.

To me on this route, the things that can be solved by money are the easy parts. It's "scare to trust again", "the feeling of betrayal", all those in your head are the to kill.

I was lucky to meet my girl bcuz she was patient enough to stick around while I was struggling with those emotions. Now, I have gotten through it, and it's time she deserves the best of me.
But, frick!! Her dad dropped my bike~!!!!

I keep telling myself "the stupid will get what she deserves". It makes me feel better knowing it's true.
