DVD Burner (Not PC) Suggestions..

I'm looking to get a DVD Burner for my home theater rack to record various a/v to DVD. Not talking about a DVD Burner for the PC, but one that goes in your home theater media rack to record TV, Movies, transfer camcorder video to etc.. Guessing I'll need to spend around 200-300... Anyone got experience/suggestions for me? Thanks...

Yes, I do...don't waste your time...the macrovision will keep you from recording just about anything if you have a TIVO, cable box or Sat TV. I tried many different things but I gave up. My PC can record anything I toss at it.
Some if not most shows have a protection for a record once (Tivo) and most will come up and say copyrighted. It's utter BS.

I haven't had any problems moving ANY show from TiVo to my PC to burn it. I have an app. which converts .tivo to .mp4 so I can rip to DVD.

Yes, but we are not talking TIVO to PC. We are talking TIVO to Standalone DVD Burner.

Ya, I wouldn't go that route.
