^^^^No. Read the ad copy in one of the below links. The two stroke was either the RZ350 or the RVZ500, which was a Canadian import.

Anyway, I owned two FZ750s and used to race one of them. Lots of miles on those bikes and I remember them well. I still rank the 85/86 FZ750 as one of my favorite street bikes of all time (and one my worst race bikes of all time).

i think so.

even yamaha still calls it that

http://www.yamaha-racing.com/Racing/wss/bike/#

go under technical specs and you'll see this "Engine type: Liquid cooled, 4-stroke, forward inclined, parallel 4-cylinder, 16-valves, DOHC "

Howdy,Found this on craig's list in Bay Area. $300.00. All it needed was a battery, and I installed bigger pilot jets. The guy I bought it from(original owner) put that raspy kerker & big tube header on it, jetted only the mains...he was scratchin' his head that he couldn't get it to run right. She's all dialed in now...What a machine.

that was the same issue with the 93 CBR 900RR, 16 inch front wheel?!? Back then tire choice was limited for me.

wow cant believe you plucked that for $300.oo ...makes me wish i could find a steal like that.

Speaking of 2-strokes, my pops just bought a late 70's model Kawasaki GT750 (aka water buffalo) Its a 3-cylinder 2-stroke bike and when the exhaust is opened up it sounds like it's applauding itself. Dare i say it's even more unique than harley's tune

I see plenty of 80s bike in mint condition in South America, but to import the bike into the US is a pain in the due to DOT/EPA regulations.
