Thumbs down i get to pay for riders discount incompetance

i order a ballistic battery from riders discount, the 12 cell b/c i'm running an alarm. cheap too, $163 tmd. but it's too big we determine the 8 cell will fit. they send me a return authorization code in an e-mail that reads in part
Quote:
Please follow the directions in the attached form to properly exchange your item(s). Once we have received the exchange item(s) back here to Riders Discount we will process the exchange in the order in which it was received. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs during the exchange so please note as to which method you would like us to use for the returned reshipment
so i get to pay shipping to return the big batt AND have them send me the right batt back

So you ordered the wrong battery and are off because you have to pay shipping both ways to exchange it? Or did I miss something?
