Connection problem? What do you think?

hey whatssup,
I've never had any problems starting my bike and one day after locking my handlebars at work (which i do not normally do) I went to start it up it was acting like my battery is dead.. So i pushed it into the garage at work and got a ride back. When i came back the next day I tried to start it again and it was doing this. Which makes me think when I straitened my handle bars I must have disconnected a wire. From my POV I cannot see any disconnected ones but idk cause the wires are a mess from the previous owner.
I am still a noob so it could even be the battery which I will check monday.
Does anyone know what causes this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

On your ignition, is there a "park light" after the lock position? Could be when you locked it you went too far and ran the battery down...

first make sure your battery is fully charged. that is likely your problem. if not try wiggling the questionable wires you spoke of while you try to start it.if it starts while wiggling the wires then you know the problem is a bad connection in one of them. if this doesnt work, let me know and ill try to help u further. good luck!

Yeah, you killed your battery with parking lights.

There's two ways to lock your handle bars, full clockwise, or full counterclockwise. One of them initiates your parking lights, the other one doesn't. You just left your lights on until the battery died.
