Sigh...

The 1st Amendment only restricts government from legal action. You do not now, nor have you ever had, the freedom to say whatever you want with no repercussions.

Say something I think is stupid? I'm going to tell you. Tell off your boss? Get fired. Commit libel? Get sued.

this is one of the reviews I found this
"I have never been scammed as bad as I was by this company. I asked to have my locks rekeyed, and after 4 hours, and canceling every appointment I had, they had not done what I had asked for, and handed me a bill for $900.

I called the owner, who promised "under no circumstances would they cash my check until the issue was resolved". I was promised a return phone call the following morning. Not only did I not get that return phone call, the check had also been cashed the following morning.

After three phone calls to the owner, I got a returned phone call. He implied I was a liar, he would never have said they would not cash the check, and were only willing to refund me $150.

The original thing he told me was to get the old locks out of the trash, they would gladly come put these back on and refund me. I went through my trash and recycling and the technician did not throw them away at my house.

I was totally scammed, I feel like a total idiot for trusting those people!!!!"

lol, not the only person to get jacked by them

I am confused not. the OP's complaint is under houston lock and keys page, not houston safe and lock.

Yeah... but your findings tell everyone not to deal with either place!

haha. true. My neighbor is a locksmith so I am good on that front. for alvin people , that would be area safe and lock. but for motorcycle keys, I just go to the dealer and they pull out their handy dandy key punch and the punch it out and 5 minutes later I am rolling.

Keys made?

I have 2011 14, with a coded key acording to the Kaw Dealer, I met a guy at the Loan Start Relly that was making keys and asked how much for my coded key. The guy replied $12, I specified that the key was Factory coded, he replied $12 again.

When I questioned him for the third time, he told me "if the bike doesn't start the bike pull it around to my both and I will make it start". The bike started without any code at all.

$12 well spent.

They refer as a "code" as the combination of sorts on how to cut the key I believe.

Now a key with a transporter is a different story.
