Sure can....

Will it sound good? No...
Will it go faster... No...
Will it off a lot of people.. Yes
Will it get u a ticket? Probably...
Will u look cool? Only at pp1 on Wednesday nights
Will it burn up your valves on your motor? Most definately...

But it's your bike... Do as u wish... Just be aware of the long term effects... You will get bashed, and I will probably get bashed on here as well... But u asked for my $0.02 so there they are

your bike does not produce the kind of sound that would be enhanced by that arrangement... would be loud and sound like ... like your rubber band was breaking...similar to a wounded jackrabbit cry...
you might could use it for a coyote call...

I'd call him an . At some point he's going to drive thru/by a neighborhood around mid-night with 8,000+ RPM on the clock. There's some sucker with a red R6 that flies down my main street in my hood with no exhaust at high RPM at late hours of the night.

....if that rolled through my sub, I'd be sorely tempted to mount my stock can up the riders . Sideways.

I've SEEN R6 guy once. Every other time I'm behind the reaction curve. He gets on the road behind my house and he GONE. Can hear him for miles. He only ever goes. Never comes back.
