Motorcycle Swap Meet - Humble - Sunday 11-13-11

The swapmeet will be held at the Humble Civic Center, 8233 Will Clayton Parkway in Humble. Doors open at 10:00 am. Vendor fees are $40.00 for a 10X10 space. General admission is $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for military personnel and kids aged 5 to 14 years. Admission, $5 Military & Kids 5-14. there will also be music, door prizes, and more. ...This Fall’s Houston Swap Meet that’s coming up at the Humble Civic Center’s Exhibit Building Sunday November 13th is looking GOOD with vendors calling in and making their reservations more & more as the Sunday Afternoon Swap Meet gets closer..
...Folks coming to the Swap Meet on Will Clayton Parkway just 1 1/2 miles east of Highway 59 in the Northeast Houston Suburb will find Swap Meet Sponsor Bad To The Bone Motorcycle Shop’s large display right at the front gate. Maddog & Theresa are bringing good used Harley parts and they always have an “interesting” array of other goodies at their booths with mabe even a used scooter or two for sale. Bandido Fred is also coming with parts and Bandido Reb from the Baytown Chapter is bring a pile of parts as well.
...Expect to see Pasadena’s Big Mike’s set up at the swap meet with no less than 4 booths worth of their riding apparel and necessities and Chuck Clark’s CFC Sales is coming with jackets, chaps patches & such. Chuck Sumner is bringing 4 motorcycles and a load of parts to sell while Brenda Gail DeBerry is coming with her jewelry booth to keep the ladies happy while the guys are digging for bargains.
...Dennis Warman is bringing a booth load of parts and Earl Cash will have a double size booth full of his bargains. Expect to see Fred Barbettini at Humble where the owner of Fred’s machine Shop will be showing his “Made In Texas” forward control sets along with his machining services for Fatboy solid wheels among other things.
...Gwen & Robert Miller will have parts and mabe a little jewelry while J.R. Miller will have his ever popular knife sharpening & edged items booth spread out on the back wall. Joan Wynn and her JLBB band will have a booth to share their message with the crowd and Kevin & Dusty Turner owners of KT’s Cycle Service will have a large booth filled with parts from their “used goodies” room of their I-10 Baytown location and discounted riding necessities from their showroom in their large Swap Meet Sponsor booth area.
...Expect Big Greg from MC Specialties off Hwy 241 to have a large pile of good Harley Parts there and Paul Fincke is bringing his load of parts too. Robert and Susan Spring - R & S Creations are coming with leather & accessories and Karen Chaney (silver) will have a large patch booth where she will be sewing on the patches people purchase while they shop.
...Al with Chrome City Chrome looks like he’s coming with his parts and Throttle City’s Lefty & Kelly are more than likely going to make it as well. Ed Smith with MXMS Kustom Shop is coming with his pinstriping booth and Felicia Murray with Goddess Hair will be there too. (She’s the person responsible for all the wild hairy helmets that folks see around Houston)
...Pittman Art will be at Humble with some of their pieces for display and for sale while Wayne with Ride Like A Pro motorcycle riding school will have a booth explaining their program. Shannon Warren’s Sew What is coming with a booth named Made In The USA and Phil has reserved a couple of booths for his parts sales as well. Photo Time has reserved space to do Motorcycle Portraits on the Spot and Sunshine should be set up in front peddling parts and working leather with her family.
...As this story is being finished Anita Koenig dropped “The Times” an e-mail saying she wanted to be a vendor also and we expect many more to make reservations in the next couple of weeks before showtime... Some vendors still just show up at the front gate and know that we’ll “take care of ‘em” - And we will!!! Swap Meet Houston - November 13 - PLAN TO BE THERE... BARGAINS - LIVE BAND - BARGAINS - Cold Beer & BARGAINS TOO..

i have been to it a couple of times. its mostly cruiser parts. wasnt bad though.

Yea - There's "motorcyclin" stuff of all sorts and you never know what folks will drag out of their garages or the shops will bring to "dump"..

And it's a pretty easy place to find too. Take 59 North from downtown Houston - Go Past 610 & just North of Beltway 8 is Will Clayton Parkway. Go East (right) for about a mile & it's on the left.. Vendors start setting up at 7am and it'll be going hot & heavy mid-day...
