OMG! My freaking back..

, i woke up this morning after the Lone star ralley ride sat. And my lower back is freaking killing me. I can bearly move, I went to bed fine, minus a little neck ache. I don't no if i'm just getting old, or that all day ride did me in...Anyone ever ache after a hard ride the day before?

Double up some ibuprofen. That always helps my back after a long ride.

Lower back pain is tricky. A bad chair over the course of a workday did it for me once. Ibuprofen ftw!

i did an all dayer around the woodlands, magnolia, conroe, and montgomery once. little trips, running errands, etc. when i got off the bike i felt back pain, but not long after i was a shaking mess. a couple of beers helped that IIRC

I had the ol' lady give me a back massage last night. My shoulders and lower back were killing me. Took some IB profin and went for a run/workout early in the AM. It will help get you back to normal
