Bikes aren't dangerous, is the people that ride them and everyone else on the road.

I am a realist though. that many noobs in one place and carnage is sure to manifest. if it doesn't... GREAT! I don't mind being wrong. But I highly doubt it. and even when I do get another bike, I will not attend that rally... I don't want a noob to take me out with their stupidity.

if it sounds like I have a low opinion of many riders actual skills.... it is cause I do. there a loads of retarded riders that I would not trust with a potato gun, much less a 170mph missile.

Who is accusing now??

And where do you get off knowing how I ride?

I'm not gonna claim (like you) to be a superior rider than most...but I'm no ..

and there is no way that you can sit and read some of the ride threads and see the stupid people admit to doing on the rides and not shake your head in dis-belief. If you don't see that goofy happening, you ain't looking hard enough.

I see yor point on that...but are we all not guilty of doing that or something similar before we knew better? No condoning it or making excuses for it...

, before I started paying close attention on mh, I thought it was just about going fast in a straightline...now I know different..

But the way some holier than though advice comesoff here, is ahuge turn off and almosts makes no one want to listento it...

When I meet new guys at the m/g I chat them up about experienceand offer advice to go on noob friendly rides, parade laps or just even going to the track...

On here we all just want to tell everyone just how dumb and stupid they are and how "I would not do that "..and instead missan opportunity to educate...

Then again, the way of mh is one of tough love.

Don't be scared, just respect your bike, ride at YOUR confront zone. You have nothing to prove to anyone else.
