What do i need to take to the court house to get a new sticker? I have everything down to the title and full coverage insurance. The only thing is the title isn't in my name. Thanks.

I've always used a bill of sale, the title signed over to me, and my proof of insurance.

I got the bike on a trade for my car and don't have a bill of sale. I work with the guy and can obtain one from him. Can it be hand written or is there a formal form?
