Motorcycle Shipping

Hey guys,

I'm looking to ship a bike from South Carolina to my place here in Houston. Do any of you have experience shipping a bike across the U.S.? Is there a certain company that I should look into?

Thanks in advance.

Unless you don't have the time, why not buy a cheap one way ticket and ride the bike back? Great reason to explore some of the great roads of the country.

I'll second the vote for Keyboard shipping. Bought my Ducati on ebay and had to ship it from New Hampshire to San Antonio; cost 600 bucks, but was worth it...they were very professional and since I couldn't be home to take delivery the driver of the truck agreed to wheel it into my garage for me. (There was no way my wife was gonna get it into the garage w/o it tipping over!)
