Ohlins Steering damper

factory spec on my kawi basically suck monkey ( not stiff enough!), soo where can I get it rebuild? any suggestions?

I read somewhere that u can send ur stock damper in to change out the valving to be stiffer. I'm on my phone so cant really research it. Call Motorcycles Unlimited tomorrow they will know...

On my 09 zx6r i had kyleracing rebuild it. One of the.. if not the best mod i've ever done. I 3 day UPS'd to them.. as soon as they got it they rebuilt it and shipped it back UPS same day. Took no more than 1.5 weeks to get there and back to my bike.

Its no more than $120 total depending on how you want to ship it to them. Ground/3days etc.

I had track days with it stock and just finished my trackday this past sunday with it revalved.. Night and day.

I know for the gixxer dampers you can empty and refill with higher weight fork oil. Did that in a gix and worked great. Not sure about kawis tho but worth a shot. Ten buck in oil could be just as good.
