Yeah, but once you get used to them there's nothing like it. I don't have have Brembo calipers. Just M/C with steel lines and good pads. One finger brakes.

I got an ohlin damper on my zx10 but it doesn't work like the real ohlin spec. I am sure Brembo brakes is just another cost cutting job that won the bid from suzuki. Most name brands on factory machine is made to factory, in this case, Suzuki's specs which is only design for public use.

Are these Brembo Monoblocks better than say the Tokico 2 part or even the Tokico Monoblocks? Probably. Will they help sells bikes? Surely. Will the regular rider notice a difference between Tokico MB's Vs the OEM Brembo MB's? Not very likely. But they sure are pretty! LOL

The OEM Brembo Mono's are about $500 a side.

The next cheapest ones are the CNC's and they're $800 a side and they're probably better than the OEMs and they go all the way up to $3,800 for one caliper.

What I'm wondering is if they're giving you the full deal like on the Daytona R with a Brembo M/C to go with the calipers or if they're still fitting the bikes with the Nissin. I'm willing to bet Nissin.

Which IMO is shitty. I highly doubt the 1000 will either. The Nissin spec M/C for the Gixxers from what I hear and what I've experienced have always been .

I love the '07/'08 generation. Never took too much to the '09/'11, but I sure do like the '12. Don't really like the graphics on the '12 blue main fairings, but nothing that a heat gun and patience couldn't rectify.

I saw pics yesterday at Mancuso (used to be AJ Foyt), and expect arrival late Jan / early Feb. Question is, will they be able to suck $14K from prospective Buyers...
