Good deal, but since they will have to fork out those savings, I'm sure ever car that shows up with that coupon will "fail". New wipers, bulbs, etc...

End up being more in long run...

1. Then don't give them the coupon until after the inspection, der
2. If any parts fail you can go elsewhere, purchase and replace them, and then come back for your sticker

Wrd, I dont think you have to pay twice. You just go and fix the problem and come back.
