Or less.....the properties that I found or being built is by and indy company on the other side of minute maid park.....I'll dig up my paper work to letcha know.

I went to urbanliving and they were more focused in trying to get me into a condo instead of a TH.

Thanks... on the web, and especially in the world of motorcycling, it's just assumed everyone's a guy if you don't look at my sig line.

Now if I got in that in person, I might make a fuss about it! :eh:

Do they at least take yours monthly?
My association doesn't want to bother with monthly mailings so it's ALL due the 1st of the year!!!
Then there's each owner's portion of the community hazard insurance, which they won't escrow...

Don't let them tell you what is "ordinary".

It should at least cover:

Landscaping, fencing, common area maintenance
Garbage, Sewer, Water
Security
Pool/Playground
Exterior home maintenance (power washing, gutter cleaning)
Monthly meetings, Annual board elections (and all of their salaries)

$275/mos + your mortgage = a decent house payment.

You are way ahead of the game, if you can let it gain value over time. I bought my first house at 21 and the long term benefits have been astounding. You won't regret it regardless. Just get it done. The tax breaks are worth it, especially in the first years of the mortgage.

it's definitely worth the initial hassle, especially as young as you are.

If you're not married then buy now. Have your stuff lined up before someone can come and take it all away from you.
