Yea i just purchased it, damage isnt too bad. Going to get some new fairings, a signal light, and a brake caliper because it started leaking some fluid. Yea im very glad im okay. As i was turning his turning wasn't wide enough and his back tire hit my bike. Hopefully his insurance covers the damage. The cop didnt give neither one of a ticket because he couldnt "determine" whose fault it was. Im doing good though little bit of a road rash on my leg, some how my pants didn't rip. But i was wearing all my gear.

Sorry for your accident man, glad you are OK.
But I have to admit............i can not resist.
You bought your first bike yesterday, and it is a GSXR and you have you first accident today by a dump truck that hit you with his back wheels, and the police can not determine who's fault it is...........something stinks and it smells like lack of experience and on the wrong bike.
Hope this was your first and last accident and that in the future you can anticipate a bit better.

both of you in a left hand turn... means two or more lanes turning left...
his rear tire hit your front tire...is this what i read...
if so, in my mind this is something you could have avoided and good luck getting any assistance from his insurance.. not putting you down, just looking at it from another point of view...since the police could not determine whose fault it was... his insurance company will not want to pay .... but maybe you will get lucky and they will have someone who says... it might be our fault but we will take care of it anyway...

How disappointing to crunch a newly purchased ride.
How bad is the truck? Could he drive it?

I'm supurised he didn't just give you both tickets knowing cops...must of been COH they are usually decent...unlike Sugarland and Fort Bend

glad your ok man, not everyone gets to tango with a dump truck and talk about it later.

The ins company will assign fault to both parites unless you are very convincing.
