What a weeked! CMRA finale

I had one of my better weekends at TWS (Texas World Speedway). It started with Ridesmart finishing 2nd overall in the 5 hour big bike endurance. There were some heavy hitters out there on Saturday and the results show that tire management, a solid machine and strategy are just as important as being really fast. Congratuations to all the competitors and a special thanks Ridesmart Motorcycle School, Pirelli Tires, SCRC, Motorcycles Unlimited, EBC pads, Motul, K & N filters, 212 decals, Paul, Dennis and Lisa.

Sunday brought the anxiety and I was hoping for a good showing in front of the home crowd. It's real important to me that I try to execute what I teach. I dipped into the mid 45's, pulled out a 4th, 3rd and season best 2nd. I'm real excited about 2012.

Firstly, thanks Lisa for being so selfless and letting it always be about me. You're the best!

Thanks so much to Ridesmart Motorcycle School for allowing my to become a student of the sport by becoming a teacher.

Motorcycles Unlimited has been there all year, every year, since 2008 helping me out and getting me set up with the best brake pad for the buck, the EBC ectreme pro. Thanks for everything Patrick!

Whoopie Cycles | Dunlop tires! I've tried (2) completely different compounds that Allan has suggested at both ECR and TWS (Texas World Speedway) (cuz I aint scared to try something new) and clobbered personal bests both times! Did I mention that Allan wipes your wheels down when he mounts tires? Nice touch!

Thanks Jim Cambora at Raceworx for all the pre race lucky bounces!

Arlen Ness, K & N filters, Motul Lubrcants, Texscape Services, 212 Decals, all the ARC students and everyone that's helped along the way!

Great season the CMRA put on! Thanks for everyone's hard work!
