Question FI code is flashing / speed sensor problem

2006 Suzuki GSX-R600

FI code is flashing and the red light came on. I found the white plug under the seat and located the black wire w/white stripe and the white wire w/red stripe (they are parallel to each other) and I turned on the dealer mode to show the code that the ECM is throwing. It's giving me a C46 (Exhaust control valve actuator "EXCVA"). The bike had a Scorpion exhaust put on it recently so I'm guessing the previous owner probably didn't snip the brown wire going to the ECM.

My problem is, I looked at the ECM and the wires going to it, but I couldn't locate that brown wire everyone is talking about. I search numerous websites hoping to get a picture, or at least a detail description of the wire, but nothing. Can anyone help me on this, or am I way over my head?

On another note... has anyone change out the speed sensor on an 2006 GSX-R600 before and how hard is it?
