i have been waved at by and wave to any type of bike, the only time i think i havent seen someone wave was when a bike came up behind then got next to me and looked at me then wheelied away.

Yeah, Harley riders dont wave, especially if their on a fatboy.. some (slightly and if so its more like a finger) of the bigger more for tour harleys wave back though not many. Last times I go riding on my bike following my dad on his fatboy, i try to hide behind him whenever i see harleys up in the distance. When they and my dad start to wave i sneak out quick wave and stick out a big thumbs up when they are shocked/disgusted/frustrated while still waving at my dad. Got your wave!! I give a wave to everyone but... im learning to Not wave at this one dude who rides this light blue harley though.. he's never returned a wave.

i wave 'when' i see an on-coming rider.....sports bike or cruiser...
b/c i shouldn't be paying attention to other riders coming b/c of all the people that are driving cars......

Motorcycle cops don't wave back also. I have waved a few of them but no respond from them. I would have thrown them the middle finger but they might come after me and harassed me.
