Who waves?

When I see another bike out on the road I generally drop a hand to acknowledge them. I get a response from roughly 80% of the sport bikes and 20% of the touring/cruisers. Do people on cruisers really dislike sportbikes? or are they just not willing to drop a hand or "chunk up the duece"? just curious....

My experience has usually been that the hardcore cruiser riders will wave but the "week end warriors" usually don't.

Many of the Harley riders hate sportbikes because there not American made. The funny thing is many parts on Harley aren't American made either.

MOST Harley riders don't care for them because their reputation precedes them. MOST SS riders do stupid stuff on their bikes like speed unbelievably. Many ride wheelies down the middle of the freeway. :eh: You cannot argue that - otherwise, why buy one?

Most HD riders don't wear helmets :eh:

I, however, am a non-discriminating rider

I got waved at by a bicyclist today on my way home from lunch. I was kind of surprised, but I waved back.
