Street Boot recommendations?

I'm trying to find a decent pair of street boots that meet the following criteria.

Fits under Jeans
Covers the Ankle & has some sort decent ankle protection
(along with toe/heel etc if possible).
Works well with sport-bike style shifter.
Not uncomfortable to walk around in and/or wear
extended periods.
Around-under $150

Looked/considered...

Alpinestar Recon, Joe Rocket Meteor and SS Streetboot.
Given some consideration to the Mx4 & Setup but
my understanding as the race style boots tend to be
uncomfortable for normal wear/use.
