My newest Honda creation

I got this project a while back. The owner delivered to me stock looking like this except it wasn't red it was greyish almost black.

bgv6t1

The owner wanted his color scheme like the GT3 Ride Smart http://www.netcarshow.com/porsche/20...llpaper_03.htm

Finally after a couple of months,I got to deliver this scoot to its owner. Its not 100% done but he wanted to do an early debut at a carshow in Dallas this past weekend.Even though small bits aren't finished it still went pass the Honda class and won "Best Import" 3rd place competing with all the makes.

Like I said it still needs several things to have it completely finished but here are some pics of how its sitting at the moment. We redid just about everything really. The rear frame is now 1pc with all sorts of tweaks, its sporting 1 of our engine mount systems, wire tuck done thru the frame,etc.etc.What sucks is I got the air system later so i couldn't go back and also tuck those wires so thats the only loom you see on the right side of the front frame.I had never ever installed an air suspension on anything before this.Since there is no air options for the front,im gonna take out the fork springs and cut some coils off.Owner wants it even when the rear is laid out.

On to the pics.

3K44V

Shaved up headlight.

KaZJo

Custom frame brace we made with our hydraulic bender.

hFZRe

LED tail light mount welded to frame, velocity stack on carb, air cylinder,Recaro seat....

RTyj4

One of my laser cut aluminum CVT cover plates.

Nxmmw

Viair compressor and tank upfront.

sQigQ

Relocated coolant,customer header,etc.

RrGH7

Baby samco hoses!

yFGpa

Parking height.
7eUwW

The best part of this whole project is that its more than halfway in the door in being featured in a magazine!

I'll type up the full mod list in a bit.

-Alex
