I'd be doing the same , just in a mustang instead of on a bike.

Well, for me... NO MH.... lol

A lot would be different, motorcycling has let me meet tons of people and friends that otherwise, I would not have known. My life overall has drastically been altered.

I modify trucks since I do not have a way of riding. Next project is a little girl on the way so i think i will have my hand full for a little while.

I miss being able to jump on my bike and just go.....

Without a motorcycle, I would have to find something else to feed my adrenaline hunger, be it fast cars, jumping out of airplanes, etc.

I just sold my bike a couple of months ago but I've been so busy lately that I haven't really had a chance to ride even if I did still own a bike.
It kinda sucks, but you adjust your life to it. Other things you could be doing, other hobbies you've put on the back burner for too long.
I see people on bikes all the time but I still see them pretty much as I did when I did own a bike. Just another rider.
Sometimes I do feel the urge to gear up and jump on 2 wheels and just ride. It does leave a gap in your life being without a bike, but like I said, you find other cool to replace it.

This is a good question. I got back into riding last March after a 34 year gap.
For me getting on again has positive influence on many areas of life. Facing the fear of riding, and risk has given me added confidence in other venues. Stress reduction is huge especially since my day job is very cerebral: geoscientists for large independent oil company with extreme demands. Then, there is the fun factor, it is just a hoot to ride. And I met my buddy Ed: he took me on his BMW nearly a year ago and reignited my passion. On top, both my older brother and brother in law ride, and we now have bikes in common again.

So, yes: motorcycles totally rock my life. It is an addiction, obsession at times and very healthy for me. And, when I am riding: I think about nothing else: total focus, and there are no females in my life to deal with!

Oh wait - you said WITHOUT a motorcycle...um...I'd still be married to my ex wife - or dead at my own hand (because i was married to my ex)
