They are working on making the road smoth again.. there are lots of bumps due to the heat we had I would think.

the forest (FM 149) had lot of work done to it..

sup Roland! Yeah, for the most part. Still sore but I'm able to move my ankle to shift gears... and that's the only excuse I need to go ride!
This was my second weekend back, and sure feels good to be back
Let's go ride sometime

Not worth going in the sense that there's gravel, so is a potential lowside.

we may need a new route.

About a year ago I was doing 3090 and there was gravel everywhere and then I came up on the tractor mowers that caused all of it.

Let me break it down in "LAME MANS" term:

south side 3090 till you get to 149/3090 is fine....

then the first tight right hand corner is clean

the next left corner WHOOOAAA

and the next 5 to six corners are..

then a couple of corners..

then more gravel..

Then towards the north end before hitting 244...the last 5 corners or so

Then you get to Yankees and hear from the other riders arriving from the forest...

well i know the popo's and 3090 residents are happy..

Yet another good reason to go to Livingston or Fayetteville or any number of other "roads".

Unfortunately, Fayetteville was full of gravel yesterday, too. At least the last part of 1291 just before reaching Orsaks was.

Looks like Livingston is gonna be the next ride.
