Probably lots of room in the Advanced group though. Good news for the expert racers!
Novice racers would be bumped after the first session of proving capable of getting around a track its actually a great rule as you can keep people out of advanced who dont belong

And it states control riders, and immediately says it could resemble advanced or beginner depending on the groups riding ability. And i dont think they will have anyone as control riders so if u are in intermiediate and are faster than a control rider its time to bump up. I hope they enforce these rules and structure. I see a better, smarter and safer trackday than most organizations if so

I'm sure they will figure it out. Anyway, I'm always happy to check out a new track!

I just wanted to update all of you on our first track day at NMP and give an update on the track status.

First, we have a small change. The tentative track day will be on the 11th of Dec instead of the 10th. We continue to say tentative because we want to ensure every piece is in place prior to posting the on-line registration. The track asphalt is cured, but the infield and outfield has not been sodded yet. Additionally, the winds continue to blow lots of dust on the track. The combination of dust and new asphalt has made the track very slippery. We have a few techniques to add the needed rubber to the track. We will make a decision soon on the track day.

Secondly, the track is progressing very well. The paddock area is close to receiving its first layer of asphalt. The track curbing is being prepped to paint (red and white). The north track control facility is continuing with great progress.

Update via email I just received. So looks like it will be online registration

It's two tracks a North track and a south track. The North track is the one we are supposed to run this day. Both are 2.7 miles and can be combined to form a 5.4 mile track! (Can you say MotoGP like?)
