My first trackday......

Full leathers - $200 (quite a deal)
Boots - $120 (also a deal)
Entry fee - $135
Lowsiding on turn 3 - priceless!!!!!!!!!!!

Really, the bike isn't that bad (needs some new fairings) and I popped up like the energizer bunny. Despite ending the day on a low note, the bike will be okay, I'm perfectly fine, I learned a ton (though obviously not enough) and I met some really cool people. Thanks to all who checked up on me. See you again on December 9th - I'll try to stay upright!

I was right behind him when it happened, and he literally just popped right up. Couldn't have been a better lowside!

You were really looking good out there today. You looked like you had a lot of fun, despite the mishap. I won't make it to the next one, but maybe I'll catch ya on a local ride sometime.

Oh, and I was serious about the fairings - if you are going to trash any of them I'll take 'em off your hands.

He was in 1. We were pitted next to the "big blue cabana" in the first row.

Yeah, but at least the white tails were absent from the area.

Might have been a possum over in 3 in the afternoon...
