Dainese Zen Jacket

I've started to look for a leather jacket as the weather cools down, and I came across this one while browsing at my local Cycle Gear:

My only concern is, it appears this jacket is made by Dainese solely for Cycle Gear. Is that a problem at all?

I've heard some stuff about Dainese lately.

I like my Dainese leather track pants from CG though.

I've owned that same jacket for 4 years and it's served me well.
Nice thick leather and it breathes well in the summer and keeps warm in the winter.
