He clearly works at The Cheesecake Factory. When I park my bike, that's when I notice he is next to a black jeep. The same jeep that I scratched. I recognize the fact that one of the rear lights has tape on it.

I would start with the restaurant in Aventura mall of Miami. Based on a google search of malls in South Florida, Aventura seems to come up the most and they have the most reviews (which is what I would expect of a "tourist hot spot"), and they do indeed have a Cheesecake Factory.

From what I saw the guy on the bike parked in a spot that was for cars. Should n't he have parked in the motorcycle designated spot? Wonder if he does this when people park in handicapped spots that don't have the proper tags. That would at least be a better reason. Although the person should not have moved the bike.

it is perfectly fine and legal to park in a non-moto parking spot. that isnt the issue. the guy shouldnt have moved the bike, period. however, that doesnt justify the actions afterwards.

Could this be the dumpster he hid his bike behind?

@ 2612 Sawgrass Mills Circle Sunrise, FL 33323

And this spot matches the description pretty well:

If that's the case, then my money is on Sawgrass Mills. The other doesn't seem to have quite the parking situation.

I'm actually finding numerous spots around the mall with parking and dumpsters similar to this, trying to figure out where OP works right now based on "i can see it from the window"
