thorns wreck

i just wanted to say hi & thanks , to everyone ! to martin , josh , rebecca , scott & and a milloion others THANK YOU ! my wife really needed your support & help & you gave it ! :notworthy i've read through the thread concerning my accident & iappoligize for the pain i caused . :BangHead: it seams to me i made a pretty big mistake . well i'm alive thanks to & all of your prayers ! in case anyone wants to know ; i have a bruised lung & kidney , a fractured skull , both ear drumms busted & a concusion with brain swelling . I AM RECOVERING ! the doctor said in about 6 months i should be recovered . i have about 2 weeks of memory loss , but a week of that was in the hospital . here's a story : a man has a ranch with only one horse . one day his horse dissapears . his neibor comes by to tell him " he's sorry to hear the bad news " . the man sitting on his front porch says " who knows whats good or bad in 's world " . the next week the horse comes back with 16 wild mustangs following it . the neibor comes over to tell him " he's happy to hear the good news " . the man sitting on his front porch says " who knows whats good or bad in 's world " . a few days later the mans only son is trying to break one of the mustangs & ends up breaking a leg . the neighbor comes over to tell him " he's sorry to hear the bad news " . the man sitting on his porch says " who knows whats good or bad in gods world " . the next week the government puts the draft into effect saying " that all healthy males must report for service to fight in the war " . the neighbor comes over to tell the man " he's happy to hear the good news that his only son will not have to fight in the war due to his broken leg " . the man replies " who knows what's good or bad in 's world " . bottom line : WHO KNOWS WHATS GOOD OR BAD IN 'S WORLD! :notworthy :notworthy THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE !

Eric,
Glad to hear you are at home and doing well (all things considered). I didn't get a chance to come see you in the hospital before you were transferred and then released, but have been praying for you all along. Not sure why these things happen, but there was/is a reason. I was 3 miles or so past the scene when I finally caught the guys up front. I saw the ambulance coming and thought, Good Lord, please don't let it be for someone in our group....but if it is, may you work through the hands of those EMS guys that they may do everything right to make your situation the best that it could be. From the scene of the accident (you had been taken before we returned) it didn't look good and was evident that turn bit you pretty hard. May you have a speedy and full recovery. Bless and if there is anything I can do for ya, let me know. It was nice meeting you the day before up at Motorcycles Unlimited and chatting with you during our lunch break. FYI-in case you forgot...you ate a good country fried steak just an hour or so before all of it took place. Take care bro and good luck. My prayers will keep on for ya until you're a 100%.

Welcome back kiddo. It's good to know that the doctors have figured it all out and that the healing is underway.

Oh, and in case you forgot, at lunch you told me I could ride your (next) bike!
