I don't know, so I'm asking...

Is there an acceptable legal recourse to this sort of harassment?

Assuming you've reported it and gotten ignored.

I was once told by a Village cop if I drove a golf ball over 30 M.P.H. in "his neighborhood" he would write me a ticket. Dicks for sure.

I lived behind Hedwig Village police station for years and yes its safe, but the cops have nothing to do but with people. arrested my mom for throwning an fired employee's purse out of the office to get her to stop screaming and leave.

Seems like spring valleys courts would be bullshit and slow?

You might want to ask your favorite lawyer on that; in Texas they don't have to have a reason to stop you, IF you're on a motorcycle.
Agreed, the guy's a and his statement that they don't like bikers is just plain stupid, but unfortunately, in Texas, it's legal.
I had a Jersey Village cop pull me over and he told me he stopped me because my license plate was angled up and in his experience that might mean that I might try to run and he just wanted the excitement to break up his day.
There's plenty of small town douche bag cops that know they can get away with it..

Somehow I really doubt that you called him porky. But if you actually did then you just went up a notch in my book.

Love that stretch of road, except for the police station right after one of the curves haha.

a month ago me and about 9 other riders were on memorial between gessner and right before voss we got stopped.. Fat grey headed dude... he was comming toward us in our lane with his lights on and the lead guy was in the grass and slowing down and he starts yelling stop right there i said stop now... its like dude in grass you cant just stop idiot... so we all stopped he said he clocked us doing 55 in a 40 i think... the first 3 of us didnt get tickets casue our was straight but the other 7 got tickets.... but noone got tickets for speeding as he said we were... Then as we were leaving he was like if you guys would have been doing the speed limit like when i clocked you then you would have been ok... Funny thing is our lead guy never went over the speed limit... And the cop just admit he lied since he said he originally clocked us at 55...

I say we get as many riders as we can one day or night to ride and have as many people with cams on their bikes as we can and roll thru there and go slightly under the limit just to see what happens and if we have cams and noone is speeding and they try to say we were we all file charges for harrassment... May be a bunch of rich there but it is a public street.. if they want it like that then the should make it a private street and buy it.....
