Maybe we can infer why Yamaha has been less than receptive to his needs.

look man your not going to get anywhere if the customer service line hasn't helped you. or they have gone as far as they can. going abover everyone else isn't going to get you the answers you need. esp if they have already tried to help you as much as they can.

at this point i have exhausted or "gone as far as i can go" (thats their words not mine) with my dealer and with the customer service line.......

i have yet to become beligerant (sp), and i continue to not name any individuals nor particular dealerships.....

i do believe that for the most part the person (at the dealership) that i am dealing with is very good at his job and is doing what his boss and yamaha corporate would want im to........this is not a personal attack.

i am just a consumer that feels very strongly about my side of this situation and i am seeking someone with enough clout to help me.....

i do not have issue, like i said, with the current service writer, but i do have issue with what i was told concerning my situation by 2 of his predecessors, i believe that their neglegence and poor advice has caused my myraid of problems.

any suggestions and help is sure appreciated
