Cruiser keeps stalling?

So my cruiser keeps stalling out. It idles very low until it turns off. If i keep giving it gas it will stay on. I been able to ride for the entire day, but once i hit a red light and a complete stop it will just idle very low until it turns off. I have already tried using "SeaFoam" to help clean it out. It's been sitting in my garage for a good while earlier this year. Any advice would be great.

did you let the bike sit for a while without running it? carbs could be gummed up. ethanol is bad.
are you running fresh fuel less than a couple weeks old?

I am not to familiar with Honda but as the guy above stated you can adjust your idle up a little and that should keep it from dying. If you hit the throttle hard and it stumbles turn down the air fuel screw. Tuning my s&s carb is pretty easy once I got the hang of it. I have an A/F meter if you want to use it.

Could also be gummed up like previously mentioned but think its odd to only die at idle and run fine. That should be the cause if it was clogged it should run through out low load rpms.

Honda Shadow will have EPA brass plugs in the air fuel mixture screw holes to keep the owner from adjusting these on his own. You'll have to remove the carbs, drill em out, and then adjust after cleaning the carbs.

That's what happens when you buy a bike that is foreign engineered and is legal for sale in the US.

That's just cause you are all gay harley for each other. (south park, lol)

If it were a Harley, he would have already pulled the bowl, cleaned the jet, and had the air fuel adjusted by now. I can clean out my lawnmower in like 10 minutes when it won't make potatoes.
