Stolen bike found over by Gulfgate Dodge

I am glad I am not the only person that called this morning. I just got a call back and the officer ran the vin and the yellow Ducati I seen for two days sitting there kind of hidden was in fact stolen. If anyone on here had a yellow ducati stolen you might want to call HPD. I forgot what model it is but it looked to be either early 2k's maybe 98 or 99 model.

Well I come off the HOV everyday and take Reveillie and yesterday I seen it sitting there. Then again this morning but as I passed by today I noticed no plate and nothing wrong with it. So I figured might call the cops to come out can check it out just in case.

Just glad the owner should be getting their motorcycle back.

It was a sportbike and I think it was a 02-06 1000ss from some of the pictures I found online. It looked like this bike here

2002 2006 Ducati 1000SS

Nice looking out OP, and I have to really thank you.

The reason I have to thank you is because you thought about your family here on MH.

Not only did you call the authorities to have it checked, but you also notified us here on MH, by creating this thread.

These little actions add up to a whole, They create that little bit of hope that you may get your bike back if it is in fact ever stolen.

If this were my bike I would buy you more than a beer. Kudos to you, and thanks again.
