It's very tragic when this happens. Someone who was more than just another guy on a bike. I'm sure you learned things from him and in that way I advise you to keep his spirit alive. When you are helping someone out with something he helped you learn, make sure you let them know - "Huck taught me this."
Rest in Pease and thank you for your positive impact on your friends.

He was a fast rider in the over 50 class, he crashed at 3-Palms yesterday on the river Track. He was an EVO series regular and former champion. Our series has had way too many losses in the last 2 seasons , I just don't understand why.............
RIP Huck

Huck was one of my fathers best friend and someone i thought of as family. he was truly the best man i knew. when my father was life lighted after a race, huck sat with my mother in the emergency room and talked to her for hours. he always told me we were one big family and always made everyone happy. i miss him so much and he will be greatly missed. i guess just needed Huck to be his angel. everything happens for a reason and i love him so much
he was a great husband, father, grandfather, and friend

i love you Huck

I tried to go buy his house but there were too many cars there. I saw about the crash on another site from a guy who was there and he said that Huck jumped a pretty sizable double not alot of people jump and came up a bit short which blew his feet off the pegs. He didn't get control back before the following bowl turn and went over the top with some speed, separating from the bike and coming down on his chest from what can tell.
