Ok guys--- private lessons downstairs with executives Bobby and lou . I am in charge of the amatuar fighters upstairs no air conditioning and very tough training... It's up to you what you want to do. Work with lou and Bobby downstairs or me upstairs ..

Can you share a little more about the curriculum? Meaning, what are we actually doing during those 90 minutes per day and those 4 days per week?

The other question would be, can I just do it for the conditioning aspect of the sport? I have no intention of going inside the ring and fight another person.

DM) Everyday starts with basic warmups- Stretching - 3 rounds of jump rope. - Military Calisthenics - Shadow boxing... if you dont know how to box most shadow box the others get taught during that time - Outside Runing 15 min intervals -sprint, jog, sprint jog, Tire flipping - Sledge Hammer drills - Step ups - back in gym mitt workouts light bags- Team Situps - Neck Exercises-- complete --
TUESDAY- more Learning
WED - MORE DRILLS
THURSDAY MOCK SPARRING

Nobody Spars unless they want to... - if you dont spar you get paired with someone to learn blocks - punches and different things.....

Today might not be a good day.. we are missing one ring for Fights at the Houston Club tomorrow night. we will still be training... so if you want come on...
