Frightening reminder that running wide of that dividing line can have disastrous results.

Gear helped - no questions, but if he would meet one of those upcoming cars, i doubt gear would make any difference. So i think his guardian angel was on duty that day for sure

I've caught my Guardian Angel on a smoke breake twice now!! Startin to get on my nerves. One of these time it won't be so funny and I'll have to cole her.
So how do you swing wide on a darn near straight road? Was he texting or something? That had to be just plane old not paying attention.

I'm kinda torn.

With that kinda wreck there is a good and bad. The good is that he is ok and can walk away. The bad is that he cant justify an ambulance ride out of there and now is going to have to ride two up with a buddy.

Gear didn't save him. Luck did. My cousin was in a similar head on accident last year on 149, he died instantly. Gear from head to toe. This man was exceptionally lucky.

I dont think I would want this video up if it was me. The rider is lucky to be alive and I still cant understand why he was in the other lane on that slight bend in the road.
