Haha, no, consequences for accidents typically do not involve bars unless there are substances involved, or a fatality. This, however, does not preclude him from receiving significant financial penalties.

To the cager's credit, they did not actually strike each other, but the cager stopped anyway, knowing he caused it. This is unusual in itself; many people just take off.

I didn't take a good look at the bike; it was being drug up onto a rollback wrecker when I was there, and I was not lead on that scene. It was a metric sport bike, however.
