Carolina Cycle RANT

RANT*** When a business tells you that your cylinder head is assembled and shipping that day they better not be FOS. I was told I should get it Wed 21st. I have planned the rebuild around that date. I just called and was spoken to like they didn't give a about the 2000.00 I spent with them or the 250.00 in additional parts.. Its not even assembled and the rep was a total di** on the phone. Someone is getting put on blast once I get my parts.

This is AFTER I had to send it back after 1000 easy street miles and cams. Web cams will not be used by me again

Yes it's still apart. You could say it's apart again. Dyno said there was a problem so I tore it open again. Cams were destroyed. They just told me it will be shipped Mon. Its been sitting up there on a bench. They already got my money and don't seem so concerned about the customer service after the sale.
