Unhappy Brake/Tail light issue

I have a 2002 gsxr 600.. i have led tail lights.. but my bike recently stolen and a little messed up.. im trying to re wire my brake and tail lights.. im lost, the diagram wire in the manual is a bit confusing cause its not matching up.. any help.. even if i have to come to u, would be grateful.

Here's the factory wiring color codes:
Black with white stripe is negative
White with black stripe is brake
Brown is running light
Green is right side turn signal positive
Black (solid) is left side turn signal positive

What color wires are coming out of the aftermarket tail light?

Are you sure the connectors are making good contact, and the plugs are fastened completely?

Ive had that happen before and my rear brake light would not come on at all, it is aftermarket as well.
