HOV lane Exit @ West Little York

I have been wanting to start commuting on 2 wheels for a while now...I live in Cypress...The HOV lane starts 290/1960, and I need to exit Gessner/290...I noticed a Park & Ride exit at West Little York..
So, if I was to exit there to get on Hemstead rd, would I need to pay for riding through the Park & Ride?..

Unless that one is different, you don't pay to park at the park and ride I use, you only pay for the bus ride from there. There should be no issue with just riding through one and more than likely the hov entrance just goes by it rather than through it. Most HOV exits are at Park & Rides, there are no tolls at any I've seen.

I use this one to go and get back from work everyday.
Just watch out for the speedbump in the park and ride once you get off the HOV.
I usually just go between the bump and the curb, that way I don't have to slowdown.
There's no speedbump to get back on the HOV...

It's not there anymore, they removed the speed bump. You can only go on the left side now.
